- We will then send you an email with the return number.
- Enter your order number and follow the procedure
- Prepare your shipment using the original packaging
- If you are unable to print the form, insert in the package a sheet with the details of the order holder (name-surname and order number).
- Close the box carefully
- We will send you an e-mail confirming how the package will arrive at our warehouse
Do I have to pay the return?
The return is free with the exception of E-Bikes and bicycles in general for which the manufacturer's warranty applies.
How and when will I receive the amount of my return?
Once the return has been approved, the refund will be made in the same way you paid, within 30 days of receiving the package at our offices.
