- inner layer: 52% polyester, 27% cotton, 21% elastane
Care of the waterproof sock
- wash at 40ºC / 105ºF
- Low Tumble Dry or Drop Dry
- do not dry clean, iron or bleach
By placing the order before 12.00 (GMT +1) working, from Monday to Friday, we guarantee the delivery of the package to the courier the same day and sometimes it is also possible with orders received later . In the event of holidays or changes to the order, delivery will be postponed to the next working day.
All shipping services have a tracking code that is sent in email after shipment with which it will be possible to follow the status (for some services the code will be active 24 hours after shipment).

How can I make a return?
You can return your order within 30 days, starting from the day of receipt of the package - Excluding E-bikes and bicycles in general for which the manufacturer's warranty
Returning is very simple:
- Send us an email to shop@mognettibike.it with your details and order number
- We will then send you an email with the return number.
- Enter your order number and follow the procedure
- Prepare your shipment using the original packaging
- If you are unable to print the form, insert in the package a sheet with the details of the order holder (name-surname and order number).
- Close the box carefully
- We will send you an e-mail confirming how the package will arrive at our warehouse
Do I have to pay the return?
The return is free with the exception of E-Bikes and bicycles in general for which the manufacturer's warranty applies.
How and when will I receive the amount of my return?
Once the return has been approved, the refund will be made in the same way you paid, within 30 days of receiving the package at our offices.
